On June 5, we celebrated a remarkable milestone: Faravelli’s first 100 years.

More than 400 guests from Italy and abroad – employees, customers, partners, suppliers, institutions, and friends of the company – gathered at The Mall in Milan to share a moment that represents not only a century of history, but also the beginning of a new chapter in our journey.

Founded in 1926 by Giusto Faravelli in Milan’s Isola district, where our historic headquarters are still located today, Faravelli has navigated a century of industrial, technological, and market transformations, continuously evolving while never losing its identity.

The Centenary claim, “Next Begins Now,” perfectly captures the meaning of this milestone: celebrating the path we have travelled while looking ahead, transforming our experience into new opportunities, new markets, and new challenges.

Throughout these one hundred years, we have grown while preserving our Milanese roots, our strong Italian identity, and a family governance that has guided the company’s development across generations.

Today, Faravelli is led by the third generation of the family, with Cinzia Faravelli and Luca Benati overseeing operations, and Alessandro Faravelli, the founder’s son, serving as Chairman.

In his opening speech, our CEO Luca Benati highlighted the significance of this achievement and the value of the people who have contributed to the company’s growth:

“One hundred years is a very significant span of time for a nation; imagine what it represents for a company. Faravelli’s history has been an intertwining of generations. It is you – our employees, customers, and partners – who make Faravelli what it is. Thank you. Tonight, I am proud to be here with you, celebrating a story that began in 1926 thanks to my grandfather, but above all sharing the responsibility and enthusiasm of continuing to build the future. Because the next chapter in Faravelli’s history begins today.”

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the ceremonial cake-cutting, which brought the entire Faravelli family together on stage. It symbolized the continuity of an entrepreneurial journey built over time and projected toward the future.

Cinzia Faravelli emphasized the human and cultural value of this anniversary:

“For our family, this is an opportunity to thank all the people who have accompanied Faravelli throughout its journey and to renew our commitment to preserving the values that have guided us to this point.”

The evening featured a variety of moments designed to celebrate the connection between heritage and future, creating an engaging and memorable experience.

The entire project was conceived as an ecosystem in which visual identity, event design, artistic performances, and institutional moments came together to create a contemporary, engaging, and cohesive narrative capable of bringing together history, people, and vision.

For Faravelli, reaching the 100-year milestone is not a finishing line, but a new beginning. A century of experience provides the foundation on which we continue to create value, invest in expertise, develop new opportunities, and support our customers in bringing increasingly innovative and distinctive products to market.

This year, we celebrate 100 years of history, while looking to the future with the same curiosity, determination, and pioneering spirit that inspired our founder, Giusto Faravelli, in 1926.
